Nmap official website does not provide .deb package for latest (5.50 as of writing this post) or any version for Nmap, Zenmap, Ncat. If yo know how to install Nmap from source then there's no problem but if you want debian package for Ubuntu or Debian here is the packages:
Download from iFile
Just download the file, extract it. You will get 3 files. Install it with your package manager.
Note: The above package is for amd64 platform, it is converted from official rpm package to deb package.
